Weekly Modules Include:

Module 1: How to Put a Plate Together – the basics of BZ’s all-foods-fit, mindful approach. Learn the right combo of protein, fats, carbs, and desserts that will keep you happy, healthy, and losing weight.

Module 2: Craft Your Daily Routine – no more skipping meals or burning out on wellness hacks. Create a daily routine that serves your goals and fits easily into your busy life so that you feel grounded, nourished, and energized every day.

Module 3: Be Savvy with Supplements – food first, but supplement second. Brigitte dives into when you may need to supplement, how to pick the right ones for you, what supplements to avoid, and how to replenish nutrient gaps at different phases of the month and life cycles.

Module 4: Your Kitchen + Pantry Makeover – surround yourself with the foods, ingredients, and healthy helpers so that taking care of yourself feels way more intuitive and easy.

Module 5: Ending Emotional Eating – actionable tips and mindset shifts that overcome emotional and stress eating. Learn how break this cycle for good and put an end to this self-sabotage.

Module 6: Enjoying Your Social Life – learn how to celebrate and deliciously enjoy your nights out, travel plans, parties, holidays, and events without derailing your weight loss goals. Yes, you get to eat the pasta in Italy and still lose weight!

Module 7: Putting Your Personal Puzzle Together – sleep, stress, hydration, and movement all play a role in keeping the weight-loss off for good. Learn exactly how to put all these pieces together so that you can live your healthiest life within your busy life.
