Here’s some easy hydration-boosting tips:

💦 Aim to drink half your body weight in ounces of water

☕️ Drink 16 oz of water in the morning before your first cup of coffee

🥒 Eat foods with high water content like berries, cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, bell peppers, spinach, and lettuce

🍹 Drink 1 glass of water for every cocktail you have.  Yes, (plain) bubbly water counts!

I don’t play favorites…but if i did, it would be b I don’t play favorites…but if i did, it would be breakfast 😉

The best breakfasts for your weight goals will be ones that have both protein and fiber.

And the easier it is for you to make, the easier it is to stick a consistent breakfast habit.

What I love about my current brekkie obsession is that it takes 5 minutes to put together and keeps me satiated til lunch.

Here it is: The BZ Crunch Bowl

- 1/2 apple, chopped
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of low-sugar cereal for crunch (I use Catalina Crunch)
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Mix all together and enjoy!

Calling B.S. on the phrase ”Everything in moderati Calling B.S. on the phrase ”Everything in moderation” (and that even more annoying phrase, ”even moderation”🙄 ) 

I hate this phrase because it’s so damn vague that it actually means nothing at all. 

>> It gives no concrete tips
>> no real-time strategies
>> and no nutrition guidance on HOW to actually put “moderation” into practice.

So you’re have to figure it out on your own…

And that usually means some version of you “being really good” so that you can “go all out” later.  Basically just another version a restrict now, overindulge later

And that plan leaves your scale stuck in place‼️ 

💥True moderation isn’t a vibe  or a catchy phrase
