Super-Skin Blueberry Smoothie

This blueberry smoothie is my go-to for a refreshing summertime breakfast.  Blueberries are a great source of vitamin C and antioxidants, both of which help to keep your skin looking bright, fresh, plump, and young.  They are also a great source of fiber that will fill you up and keep you feeling energized all morning long!  Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 8 ounces unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.  If too thick, add ice and pulse again until desired consistency.
